It is recommended to perform your down swing and back swing in a slow and controlled motion using a light to moderate amount of resistance or weight.
Perform these exercises in sets of three which means three sets of your down swing and three sets of your back swing
performing between 15-25 repetitions during each set.These exercises should be performed 2 to 3 times per week for maximum results.
